Do you deliver?
Free delivery within 30 minutes of Epping. We serve all of Southern NH, southern Maine, and northern MA — a small distance fee applies outside the free zone. Call or text (603) 395-3641 for a quote. Do I need a permit?
That's on you — check with your town before delivery day. Most towns around here are fine with sheds under a certain size, but ask first.
What does the shed sit on?
Cinder blocks — one under each corner and one in the middle. If your ground is more than 6 inches out of level, we'll set it on pressure-treated posts at $25 each. Can I add windows or a ramp?
Yep. Windows are $225 each, a ramp is $375. Just tell us when you order and we'll build them in.
How do I pay?
Cash when it's done. No deposit, no money down.
What sizes do you build?
8x8 up to 12x24 — 8x10, 8x12, 10x14, 10x16, and 12x16 are the popular ones. Need something different, just ask.
